Service Department a Disgrace

This dealer is let down by the service department. My service book is not stamped for a pre delivery service and I put the car details in myself. When due for a service I was inundated with texts and emails to book in on line and still I had to queue. I was greeted with "It will have to come back" why cant a recall and satnav upgrade by done at the same time as a service? I had a survey and received an email from the Danielle Smith who claimed to be the Service Manager asking when she could call I replied giving two dates I had no reply and waited by the phone and which did not ring. I even sent a reminder email after the first day. I presume she was told to send something and could not be bothered to follow it up the attitude of “Its only a customer” and “there will be another mug along soon”. The Service Department treat customers as a bit of dirt. I will never have another Hyundai while they treat customers with such destain.
