Bumper cracked

I bought a Fiat Punto from this dealership back in April. When I went to view the car there was a huge crack on the bumper which the sales adviser that was dealing with me said would be resolved but when I collected it, it was still there and the manager said that the sales adviser shouldn't have said it would be repaired and he didn't repair it so I will have to buy a new bumper. The rest of the service was really good but I still don't think I would recommend this dealership based on the broken bumper issue.
