Very slow returning deposit.

My daughter paid a £1,000 deposit on 25/9 for Bedford to get a Car from their Peterborough dealership to be viewed that week. Keys did not fit car so new set ordered, they didn’t fit either. Asked for her money back on 3/10. 5 days they said. Many silly excuses and after many phone calls got the money back on 17/10. And no car either!!!
