I bought a ford focus from this dealership in April. The whole experience was a nightmare. The car developed a fault and water was getting into the spark plug stopping the car from starting. In 3 months the car broke down four times. The dealer refused to repair the car and said I must take it out through the warranty who said It was the dealer I would need to speak to... The sales people at this dealership are very dismissive and reluctant to resolve any problems or do repairs. They are not customer focused what so ever and showed no remorse. I would not recommend.
