Poor Ability to Solve Warranty Issue
I’ve taken my car back 4 times before the warranty ended to find a definite knocking noise on the front end. I’ve formerly rejected it 3 times. On each occasion they can not find the issue. Then the director offers to take my car on any road I choose to make the problem arise … but they have not honoured this offer for 3 weeks and 5 days …. They really don’t seem to have intentions of actually trying to find the fault and I highly suspect this is because it costs them to actually look, they haven’t even contacted Honda Warranty to discuss ..
