This business should be forced to close, purchased a van in March 2023, Had it delivered as I lived a 100miles away, I had driven 4 miles when a fault light appeared, lots of other underlying issues that weren't noticeable until I investigated further, J13 agreed to repair these issues then suddenly stopped taking my calls etc, even when I involved the credit card company I used for the deposit J13 eventually ignored them also, I don't think J13 are a registered RAC dealer as advertised as I didn't get any documents regarding a warranty which they told me would be provided. I'm not saying everyone would have a bad experience and that all J13 's vehicles are the same but they clearly don't do the checks they say they do. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
