Amazing service

After having serious problems with another kia dealership that left me without a car for just over four weeks after only 2 days of owning it, Kia marsh exeter went above and beyond with their help and advice when they didn't have to, and I cannot thank them enough, especially Alex Shaw and Lloyd Murphy. Then after all problems were solved I test drove a car and went ahead with the purchase at kia marsh. The service was 11 out of 10! Fast and efficient and kept me in the loop ever step of the way and an absolute pleasure to talk and deal with. Thank you so much!! Pay rises needed!
