Disingenuous best price for part ex

Having contacted the Solihull Branch for a part exchange today, when I questioned the value being offered for my vehicle, they called me back and offered an extra 1000 pound. This is a clear indicator to me that the Manager would have taken my car for far less than value, and then when challenged, miraculously was able to increase the price offered. Totally disingenuous in my view, and not the type of business or ethics that I would wish to deal with,
