Treated so well

I went to Canterbury Lexus with my wife just to look at what was available in our price bracket. After speaking to Paul Parminter (general Manager) we told him upfront what our price limit was. He called for one of the sales team Michael Weobley, who came out and we introduced ourselves. Without going into a very long affair, we ended up buying a four year old IS300h hybrid saloon. From the very start, we were treated as though we had just bought the most expensive car they had and not as people who had a limited amount to draw on. We picked the car up three days later and were speechless at its appearance. It didn't look four days old let alone four years. The car was and is a beautiful replacement for our Vauxhall Omega CDX. There was a slight glitch with the battery and after a phone call to Michael, it was picked up the next day and brought back with a brand new battery. If lady luck was ever to shine on our lottery ticket, we would have no second thoughts as to where to go for our replacement. Thank you to the team at Canterbury Lexus, especially Michael who dealt with us and helped to choose the right car for us without any of the usual sales patter or pressure. He is certainly an asset to the company and someone we would love to deal with again if our monetary circumstances were ever to change for the better. Graham
