Break down
I would like to thank the service team personnel at Toyota Bradford RPG. My vehicle had a breakdown last week I had it recovered to the TOYOTA RPG BRADFORD BRANCH. I had anxiety and stress due to the vehicle I had for my work . I was greeted by 2 members of staff Bilal and Mark and a member of the the technical team. Who put my stress and anxiety at rest and assured me that they would put my breakdown issue at their forefront. I had arrived late afternoon. By the morning I had received a call that my vehicle issue had been resolved and that I was able to collect my vehicle . The weekend had arrived and I was busy working when my vehicle again encountered the same issue. I rang the Toyota breakdown assistance team . Who again reassured me that help was on the way as I was stranded 25 miles away from home. My car was again recovered to BRADFORD TOYOTA RPG. I was again met with a member of the service team Bilal who again reassured me that the issue would be resolved in a timely and speedy matter as my vehicle was needed for work. I was kept within the loop on a daily basis with daily updates along with diagnosis regarding the breakdown . It was narrowed down to an intermittent relay within the HV HYBRID SYSTEM. This issue had shut my vehicle down . The parts were sourced without any delay and I have now been updated that my vehicle will be restored back to serviceable condition reducing my time being of work . I have been given a time that I could collect my vehicle this afternoon or the latest tomorrow morning. Thank you TOYOTA RPG BRADFORD. For your exemplary customer service and reassurance in regards to my vehicle issues. I would like to thank BILAL AND MATK AND THE TECHNICAL TEAM KIERON.
