I could express highly enough the assistance I received from one of your service team. I recently contact Hawkins Blackwater regarding a issue with my finance company which has been going on for 3 years . Gavin Pascoe would have been in his right to pass me back to the finance company to sort the issue myself. However I cannot praise his response enough he took my detail and within 24 hours as promised had completely resolved my problem . Such a professional attitude is rare we are all so often fobbed off I am so grateful Many thanks
