Respectful, friendly, true to their word

On arrival we were handed the keys to the car and allowed to take our time with no-one looking over our shoulder, We examined the car inside and out and operated the controls, ran the engine etc. We were then allowed without fuss or pressure to test drive on the convenient and quiet road. Harry said he would get the car ready to drive away that afternoon and he did exactly that. How it should be !!
