Not happy after first service

All fine buying the car (2019 RS 5)30239 Miles. But after sales not good. Chasing for the tag for the My Audi log in, that got lost in the process. Was promised that it could log in free of charge, After months of chasing turn out i had to buy a new contract for the app. Went for 1st MOT on 8th of August, 36277 Miles, passed ok, few advisories on the brakes. ("probably need changing around the next MOT next year") Service on 9th of October, 37704 Miles: Brake disks front and rear 100% worn according to Audi standards.... So over 1427 i went from advisory (MOT) to urgent action (Audi standards)?? Cost to replace £3428 I do understand that Audi standards are much higher than MOT standards and i do understand that higher performance cars come with higher price tags for parts than normal cars. I treat my Audi with respect, and not rag it round. So i bought a very nice Audi RS 5, for nearly 50K, with brakes that not even last me 1 year.. according to Audi. I know brakes are not covered under the MOT warranty, and there is enough life in them according to MOT regulations. You would think that if you spent that kind of money on a car they not sell on a daily base, even with being it a used model. You would sell that car according to Audi Standards, being a approved Audi dealer with plenty of RS models in their assortment. P.S. Dominik, you were very happy with your first RS sale.. and your probably not a technical guy like me, but when i raised the issue today, there was not very much response, only you saying that you would talk to your sales manager. And only after a while I receive a call from the service manager, who was only avoiding the subject.. I'm a man of my words.. so the purchase of an R8 is still on the cards like i said, when i bought this one. Although the missus likes a Aston Martin now.. LOL.. Either way, i won't be getting it from Harwoods!!
