Really have to hand it to Carmotion Blackburn. Really exceptional service. My son purchased a car last Wednesday. Everything went smoothly, all in all took about half an hour to sort everything out. We drove home and noticed smoke coming from the bonnet area as we pulled up outside the house. When inspecting, it seemed a coolant pipe had come loose. Called Carmotion Blackburn up the next morning, all very apologetic and asked us not to drive the car until we'd sent them videos of what was happening and they had a chance to see what they could do. Rang me an hour later saying they had ordered a pipe from Ford and will be with me the next day to replace. They sent a driver with a mechanic and his tools by 9.30am the next morning, bear in mind we were 90 mins drive away. The mechanic replaced the pipe, took the car for a 30 minute drive and all sorted. Absolutely amazing service and care taken. My son has been driving the car all weekend and no issues. So pleased as this could have gone so wrong. Excellent service guys. Thanks
