We bought a Ford Ka for £3,250 from Saxbys in November of last year and have had nothing but problems. We have subsequently had a mechanic look at the issues with the engine which he says are significant with parts having been tampered with. Knocking noises from the engine compartment. Bolts in places bolts shouldn’t be. Head gasket blown. Leak from the radiator. Zip ties holding on the exhaust. This has cost us £ thousands to rectify and we’re still not running smooth. Unfortunately these problems occurred just after the three month warranty but we would expect a car from a garage to last longer than a year. I know they say it’s buyer beware but having looked through the reviews we thought this was a respectable garage.
