Paid, part not ordered, no one answering

I purchased an intercooler pipe from the BMW main dealer in Oldbury at a price of £273.71 for a single unit. I was expecting to receive it today, but I have discovered that the order was not even placed. To obtain the part, I now need to wait an additional 7 days, despite having received apologies for this oversight. I have attempted to contact their team numerous times to address this issue and request a refund, but regrettably, I have not received any response or assistance. This situation is highly disappointing and frustrating.
