I have nothing but the highest praise for this company but in particular to Jem Taylor the Salesman with whom I dealt from the first interest I showed in the vehicle to the day he passed me the keys. I travelled a long way to collect this vehicle without actually having seen the vehicle, as it were 'in the flesh'! I would never have usually committed to pay a deposit to hold a car and then travel so far to collect but I did so as Jem had immediately gained my trust and confidence from our first conversation. Never, ever was there any pressure; he was always very attentive and despite the fact I was buying a used vehicle, he made me feel like I was buying new! Indeed when actually confronted with the vehicle, it was like new and exactly as Jem had described it. Clearly he has the mark of a true professional in his trade and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him. A real gentleman; thank you so much Jem, and the team at TMS Hinckley Volvo!
