Not completely as described

I purchased a car from Enigma Car Sales a few months back. The car wasn't exactly as it was advertised, a few things were not quite right. There were also some complications with the price of the car but this was resolved. Now that I have the car I do feel I paid a fair price but would have been happier if the car lived up to my expectations.
