Unsatisfactory Repairs

Front springs replaced on my MX5 and the new ones have put the front ride height out of spec - greater than 400mm from wheel centre to wheel arch. Despite taking the car there since it was new (from them) and on this occasion for other suspension repairs - the outcome was totally unsatisfactory. I asked them to rectify the ride height, and nothing was done. They didn’t seem to comprehend that there was a problem and they told me they’d measured the height and it was all good. Got home and measured it again and it’s still over 400mm. No other MX5 I’ve seen looks quite as ridiculous as how they’ve made this car look. I even showed them one they had for sale as a comparison to demonstrate the difference and they still insisted mine was fine, lol. Not sure I’d trust them again.
