Just exchanged my car and the experience I've had with Ifzal has been 5 star, this guy is so professional, and such a lovely man, nothing is too much trouble and he has lots of patience if he has to show you several times before you understand. He helps with all the paperwork/online stuff, takes the headache of you having to do it, nothing was too much trouble. Top guy. Thankyou Ifzal for making our experience a very pleasant one. The coffee's not bad either!!!
