This was a very pleasant experience. Very impressed by the depth of knowledge and polite friendly manner displayed by Matthew. We had time to fully consider between two cars and there was no pressure or hard sell. Everything was explained fully and as the car we chose was only just on sale it needed preparation servicing and valeting. When we picked the car up it had a full 12month warranty and looked superb. If we need another car in the future we would not hesitate to visit VCM again.
