Sold a faulty car - No intention to fix
Purchased a car upwards of £15k, within the first week the engine warning light was on. Was difficult enough to even get through to Car Shop to arrange a repair appointment, no one in that building answers phones. The repair appointment was unable to fix the fault and they said it would need to be referred to their external garage. The external garage has contacted us but has been held up by over a week with car shop not responding about a courtesy car. All whilst this dealership is impossible to contact. As I write this now, CarShop has sold us a faulty car with absolutely no intention to resolve this. I advise anyone who intends to shop here to look else where.
