Atrocious, avoid at all costs

This place does not deserve 1 star but unfortunately you have give something. Dalestorth Motors Trading as Mill Motor Company. Purchased a car in July. Issues soon arose, no help whatsoever, car broke down 1 mile from dealership, made various promises, all pointless. Ignored all phone calls. No log book, gave cash to tax vehicle but he just pocketed that, only just managed to get the logbook and tax the car. He had the car back to supposedly repair but from an independent inspection, nothing had been done, he even tried to claim on my warranty. Cost over £1000 to get the car safe and roadworthy plus £25 to get the log book and £35 to tax it. Please do not have any dealings with the place. Comes across as being polite and friendly, this is an act, a real con man, he wasn’t knowledgeable, vehicles wasn’t as described, it wasn’t value for money, issues were not resolved, I would not recommend.
