Awful treatment of oldest customer

Truly awful customer service on an honest and truthful warranty claim. Shameful, after over 30 years of customer loyalty and the purchase of over half a dozen new machines from this dealer. The dealer started by saying that if any part is at fault he will pay for any damages but needs to understand why this occurred. Basically, the side stand bent and gave way and the bike toppled over. He agrees it should not have happened due to his weight tests, but it did. Then the arrogant dealer infers that myself and witnesses to the event are cheats and liars because he knows best. His hypothetical fiction as to an attempted theft or another vehicle collision is disproved by the honest reality of the pictures on Arnolds website and the people who witnessed the event. Also his preposterous claim that the defective stand is solid and fine beggars belief. I truly wonder what Yamaha would make of this dealer and his dishonourable ways. Anyone else had issues with this dealer? I think we need to know.
