Purchased a tidy little run-around from Chris at Automotion, the sort of car you realistically expect a few snags with in the coming years as it was ten years old to start with. In the first few weeks of ownership I noticed a couple of things that may have been issues so took it to my local mechanic for advice and was assured they were very minor but may be worth consulting the seller. I did this and from previous experiences, I didn’t expect Automotion to want to help out but Chris was happy to take the car back and correct the issues. I was given a decent loan car whilst mine was being fixed and this became complicated as a part required for a fix got quite badly delayed and I ended up having to keep the hire car for a few weeks. Chris was fantastic during this process, staying in touch with any progress on repairs and parts and felt assured at all times. Having now had fixes completed, I’m now back in possession of my purchase in excellent order and nicely valeted too. My kids are delighted, I’ve likely got myself a decent little run-around for a good few years and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Automotion as I genuinely felt Chris did right by me at every turn.
