Worst customer service!!! I've given the. 1 star but they don't even deserve 1 star. I bought a used car from here in feb 2023. I trusted them and was happy that i am buying from toyota showroom from the salesperson Jamie Cogill and Manager. From April onwards i saw the colour on bumper started to fade. but i ignored it and thought it might not be that serious. In June it got more worse, hence i contacted them. They were helpful as they took the car and sorted out the issue by REPAINTING the bumper. I went to collect the car in the showroom as they requested me to collect it. I live very far from this place but i still went to collect it. I was happy as i thought my problem was resolved. But in july the colour on the bumper faded again. I was so surprised that toyota rotherham repainted with original paint but within a month it started fading again. Then i again called them in july. Salesperson Bob spoke with me. I sent him the photos. I asked him to ask his manager Jack to call me. But till 2 weeks no one called me. I kept calling them to get an update but every time it was said manager will call me. After two weeks Manager Jack called me and said he is aware of the issue and salesperson Jamie would call me back within 2-3 days and the issue will be resolved by him. I informed Jack that i am very busy and would not come to drop or collect the car. He assured me that i dont have to come and Jamie will sort everything. Now its sept but still i did not receive any call from Jamie. I am very busy in my business and hence could not contact earlier. I contacted them today and jamie told me that i have to come to drop the car and then they will be checking whether they can repair it or not. It is has made me furious. MY QUESTION IS if they would have done a proper check and repair in the first instance, why would i call so many times. Even after calling a no. Of times they seen least bothered. When they needed to sell the car they used to keep calling.
