Very poor response to a customer problem

After a puncture where the alert let me know I had low pressure I went to a tyre supplier and identified a tyre with a screw in the side wall. Unable to be repaired purchased two tyres. Fitted and inflated to 35psi, the recommended pressure. The TP sensor would not turn off telling me that I had a low pressure situation. Rang Hyundai Gloucester and asked for advice, was advised someone would call me back. Forty mins later no call so rang back, again advised someone would call. In all made 5 calls to this dysfunctional dealer, promised a call back each time. 6 hours later no call back., but I have resolved the problem by calling a friend in the trade, not Hyundai, 👿 Frankly your customer service is disgraceful, sadly your cars are good but I will not be replacing my current vehicle through Gloucester, I’m not sure if I will even return to Hyundai, (I have had a recent quote for a replacement vehicle which I was about to accept). Just so you can identify me my reg is VU21UHF. I am very sad to say that Hyundai Gloucester are very quick to sell vehicles but the subsequent customer service is non existent, I have had new vehicles from BMW, Mercedes, Audi and Volvo, yes good customer service has a cost but I now believe it’s worth paying for.
