Excellent service support.

I cannot thank Tav Mann Solihull Landrover's Service Manager and Tom the Service Technician enough for their wonderful support. I recently had a disaster when a full 5 litre tin of emulsion tipped over in the boot of my Landrover Evoque emptying the entire contents into the boot. In order for me to undertake the cleaning I needed partial disassembly of the boot and side panel to gain access for cleaning, this required bespoke tools which I didn't have. I spoke to Tav and explained the situation, who told me that the service department was totally full with planned service work. I'm sure that he could sense the desperation in my voice and asked me to bring the car over straight away and he would endeavour to help me. True to his word, he arranged for Tom to break off his planned service work and disassemble the boot and associated parts. Furthermore, when I had finished the cleaning process to bring it back and Tom would reassemble it. The cleaning process was successful but I could not have achieved this without the support from the guy's at Solihull Landrover, they really went above and beyond to support me when I needed it, well done guys 👍
