Great at selling you a brand new Car, But the worst company I have ever had dealings with when It came to having problems. We Bought Brand new Kia Rio from them, told them the main use for this car was to take our cocker spaniel to the woods every day. They said why don't you bring dog to test if it can jump in ok. We didn't do this but when after a few months we had problems with the Boot floor buckling. They would not even look at the boot and said it was not under warranty. they said our little cocker spaniel was too heavy and they lied to us and to Kia and said that we had not mentioned our dog when we bought it. This was at the Kings Lynn Branch. We got a case number from Kia who told us to go to the Ely EMG Branch, but when we rang to make an appointment they were not interested. They said our dog was too heavy at 19kgs which is less than one full suitcase. They refused even to look at it! We contacted Kia again and they tried to book us in at Kings Lynn but they said they HAD looked at the boot before which is a downright lie. There is an obvious fault with the support at the back of the boot but if they won't look at it, what can we do? We are contacting trading standards and are thinking of taking them to the small claims court. Good luck if you buy a car from them and have a problem.
