GEART CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM KEVIN.
I went to Arbury Motors Lichfield and looked at Peugeot 208 with Kevin Waite. What a pleasure to deal with a coruteous and understanding man. I went back on Monday to see Kevin but he was running late and passed to JETHRO, ( not smiling). He dealt with all paperwork and was passed from pillar to post before getting vehicle. We now coming to the gripes. 1 Little petrol in car managed to get service station to fill up. 2. No car mats (£18000) paid for car. They could back order but EBAY is cheaper and same quality. 3. car was serviced but log book not stamped,, the vehicle was 16 months had not had 1st service 18th Sept 2023 4 Charged admin fee £120 for vehicle check which I estimate,at being £30 max. Having had my moan Kevin Waite deserves all my credit and must have patience of a Saint for 4 hrs with previous customer
