Shocking customer service

My partner got absolutely mugged off by these guys! Claim to be professional - absolutely not! So he chose a car he ‘wanted’ wasn’t too sure at first but as always he got persuaded and I totally get that’s the point of the job anyways they won him over and he decided to go for finance on the vehicle , got a phone call that day by the manager said he’d been accepted and Tyler would be in touch tomorrow - anyways tomorrow came no contact - 3 days has passed still NO contact WHY? if he’s just been accepted on finance, we decided to take a drive down to the garage the car he’d been accepted on was STILL on the court with the boot open & available for people to view NO sold sign on the vehicle in sight - how’s that right if this was my partners car who’s been accepted on it? Also may I add that they took £100 fee of him to remove the vehicle off the site so nobody else could enquire about it was it taken off the site ABSOLUTELY NOT! Jokers He than after seeing the vehicle still on the court wirh still no phone call 4 days after been accepted he rang the store to be told a numerous of times ‘Tyler isn’t available will pass him a message to ring you back’ came to the end of the day no phone call back so my partner rang just as the store was closing and who answered the phone shock Tyler, who then said his colleagues hadn’t passed him a message to ring back - I find that very hard to believe in my eyes Tyler was avoiding my partner .. anyways the attitude he had over the phone was not very professional at all, stated ‘he didn’t feel the need’ to ring my partner ? Why not he’s been accepted on a car 4 days ago! My partner decided to not accept the car due to the manner of his attitude also the way he was ignored, who have now stated he’s not having his £100 back as he messed them about and let them set up a finance prop and they turned customers away from the car ! These people are unprofessional!
