V Unhappy buyer

Bought a car from these guys recently, seemed helpful on the phone, tried to get as much info as possible as it was 200 miles away from me but i liked the car. But then things went down hill, when i got home i realised it was missing the DAB and upgraded stereo system ( which were amongst the reason travelled so far for the car). both of these listed on the add. (i didn't realise as it was picking up the channels i cant get around my area without DAB on FM which all disappeared on the way home) The car had stone chips all over, a dent in the bonnet, tow bar was in no condition to tow anything, and the car absolutely stank of dog. none of these mentioned on the add. all of these i was willing to let slide as i liked the car. the 'service history' was just an piece or paper with dates and mileages written on, no stamps or signature. had it serviced when i got back by a trusted mechanic who told me that the oil filter looks to have never been changed, same for the air filter. When i contacted them to resolve the DAB issue (asked if they would pay for an aftermarket unit) i was met with an aggressive response and lots of excuses and lies. Customer satisfaction is bottom of their priority, the just want to flip cars by any means necessary. Not impressed
