Terrible rusty paint job see pics

Bought the black hawk special edition jeep from them and went to town on it with extras don’t get me wrong we love it however the customer service skinks and the quality is really bad !!!! 1. I ordered a full custom leather orange roll cage cover kit for £1800 that took 6 months to arrive and when fitted it they forgot to put the covers on the back seat belts. I’ve asked them three times and still haven't received it till this day and Paul the sales guy won’t even pick up my calls now. Also I made a complaint as there was a scratch on the the rear panel after they fitted it and they were adamant that they didn’t do it however how can I prove otherwise ? I was told that they would speak to the manger but guess what never did what a surprise ! 2. The mat custom paint job has started to go rusty on the front bonnet. 3. Paid £600 for a rear solid black tyre cover and £150 per letter in copper and the paints coming off the letters. As I’ve said earlier we love the car however just feel really disappointed in the way we’ve been treated and the quality of the work that’s been undertaken. Would love a response from them to be honest !?!?!
