Service experience

Audi Finchley Road, the customer service and vehicle I purchased from them has been terrible experience. Troubles from day 1 I brought the vehicle. It’s been 4 weeks now and I still have no date that tue vehicle will be fixed, they are operating underhand as they are selling cars with issues, and not telling the customers and don’t want to fix these issues
