Worst service ever

Would not recommend. I have been waiting for a car on motability for almost a year now. It is clear they didn't even submit my order then blamed me for cancelling the order when I suggested other colours of the car could be an option. Every week they say it will be here next week or at end of the month and now a year has passed. We have been without a car for almost 2 months now and they don't seem to care. I will be taking this to the motor ombudsman.
