Poor aftercare and service

I bought a car from here in April, The car was clean and just as described, runs really well and I have had no issues with it, the service however did not match the quality of the car. They were funny when they realised that I had finance already arranged with another lender and were just no longer interested. They also have not sent my MOT Certificate, they said they would post it but they haven't and want me to come and collect it and its miles away! would not recommend based on the service.
