Worst ever customer service, beware!!

Bought a car from this company, it required £7k to make it legal and ready it for sale, I had to wait an over a week for it to be ready. Should have read the signs at that point. 8 weeks later, loads of faults. I complain and am pretty much have my honesty called into question, all I want is a working car for the £38,000 I paid. I have sent it to the main dealer to get it fixed once and for all, it will be off the road again, no call back from Elite, responses on text are "we don't do courtesy cars" on email - we spent £7k on it already".
