I bought a beautiful ix35 from the dealership in 2015. The salesman was full of promises to get my signature and deposit, took £200 off me as a bond and promised to give it me back when i produced my service booklet. I promptly posted this to them for the attention of the salesman, guess what i never saw my £200 and they sold the car on (probably with my service booklet ). Im a businessman myself and pay my bills on a daily basis but to be lied to and to be robbed of my money i felt was absolutely disgusting from a so called main dealer, how many times does this happen ?? The car itself was superb until the fuel filter went, this was supposed to have been changed. i had to call hyundai assistance to tow me in and swap the filter. Beech dale agreed to pay the cost of the filter and labour, but once the work had been completed they didn't want to know and i was £70 worse off. Numerous phone calls and e mails to the salesman and other staff when i was being ignored was to no avail. So at this point I'm at least £270 worse off. Not even a courtesy phone call to try and resolve my problems. Once again the car is wonderfull and i would recommend hyundai but would never go back to beech dale and urge no one else to unless you enjoy giving large amounts of cash away with no chance of it being returned.
