I have recently been involved in the purchase of a used bmw 1 series car from st albans car centre,i note from an earlier review that they (no name) were treated poorly by robin,firstly I have over the years bought several cars both new and used and I can honestly say that I have never been treated better,on arriving on site I was met by Robin who invited to have a look around and should i need any help he will be in the office,i took my time looking over the car I was interested in,i asked Robin if he would unlock the car which did and said feel free to start her up,we then went for a test drive where Robin ran me through the basics of the car,he said the car would be thoroughly checked and VALLETED ,before it would be sold,we agreed the price and was to collect the car on Saturday,on collection Robin informed us that the front and rear break pads had been renewed as they were worn more than he deemed acceptable (we were shown the old pads ) it required a second key and this was ordered by Robin fom bmw at no cost to us,the car also did not have floor mats,Robin once again supplied these at no cost. we collected the car on Saturday as agreed at a time that suited us,when we arrived I can only say that the car was just perfect, in showroom condition.I cannot thank them enough we are absolutely delighted with our purchase,I would like to thank Robin and also Andy who also helped,i will definitely recommend St Albans Car Centre to family and friends .Thank you again to Robin and Andy.
