Won't do warranty work
On July 5th 2023 I bought a March 2022 registered vauxhall crossland from Harri Singh at CMS. The car had just over 3700 miles on it when purchased, I since found out it was SORNed in August 2022. The car has an intermittent electrical fault on the instrument cluster & CMS will not do anything about it because no fault code shows. James Pollock on the service desk simply dismissed contacting Vauxhall saying they don't get paid if no fault code is present. I find this very difficult to believe. I'm currently looking into taking legal action. Vauxhall Customer service don't return calls & hide behind the telephone.
