abarth 695 comp returned import error

garage agreed to have my new supplied by them abarth 695 returned, when it was direct imported it had been recorded as a manual gearbox, infact was a semi auto, when i came sell 10mths later ,i couldnt or even to trade, as v5 and car did not match, terrible situation mis sold,and you dont get see the v5 untill weeks after purchase.i believe the sales staff john was genuine shocked, dvla very difficult, wanted pics vinn plate gear shift peddles,, still didnt correct, after weeks they told me it would be taken off road and inspected, and i had inform my insurance, who cancelled the policy, 32k abarth on my drive,un sellable and un usable, not great and at this time im a out patient at hospital ,with many appointments, now using the bus, not great with skin cancer, let down , always check with dvla before buying, crazy italian pdi inspector in turin signed it off as manual, needs be sacked, but uk team should picked this up,,feeling very let down,,,purchased for wifes birthday retirement gift,,,garage stated they had done nothing wrong ? come on mis sold a product, you provided hmm lets see what ombudsman thinks.
