Absolutely fuming with MADDREN BROS CAR SALES! Bought a car off them in December, it broke down on wednesday night, i rang them 9am Thursday morning and they said they would come and look at it at my house (as its un driveable) and they would take it to the garage if need be to sort it. Sat in all day, no sign, rang them at 5.30pm to be told that they had been to busy to get here (fair enough) he then said they wouldnt be able to come friday as two staff off, so they are short (again fair enough) but he did say we will definitely get it saturday cos we are fully staffed. So got home from my night shift this morning at 8am waited up till 9.30 and rang them, got told that no one knew anything about it and that (Martin) wasnt in yet and he would get him to call me back when he came in. 10.45am i rang again, he said Martin still wasnt in as he just turns up when he wants, and he doesnt know why i was told they could take my car to the garage as they have no way of doing that as they dont have a recovery truck and i would have to organise that myself! Could have told me that Thursday at 9am dont ya think! So iv been without a car for 3 days waiting on them when they have obviously had no intention of sorting it for me. What a waste of time!! Where straight there to take my money off me 3 months ago! Lesson learnt.
