We bought a Ford Ranger in summer 2023, with Jack as our point of contact. The purchase was completed remotely and we didn't view the truck prior to purchase - a risky strategy some might say! We needn't have worried - the transaction was completed with ease and Jack maintained contact through each stage - we financed the vehicle using our usual independent company, with minimal involvement required from us.
