Try a different Dealer
We ordered an Autosleeper Burford in April 2023, i asked the Salesmen to please make sure it had a boom table, expected delivery mid June. I emailed and whats apped him numerous times about the delivery date and about the table. At the end of June i was emailing and messaging about my motorhome, i just got a message "ill let you know when its in" it wasn't until i spoke to Richard the Sales Manager that it got delivered 2 days later. we inspected it as soon as it came in, still no table. it took 22 days to go through PDI and have a bike rack fitted. The day after we picked it up we noticed no arm rests and cushions. Also the tracker wasn't registered to us. we have been constantly on the phone to Spinney to try and get the rest of the upholstery delivered. still have not sorted. 6 weeks tomorrow still no table and still no cushions. the service and after sales has been horrendous. please try and find another dealer i wish we had. i gave one star as cant give zero.
