Don’t buy online

Don’t buy a car online without seeing it in person first!! My partner bought a 2020 BMW X6 M50d last week, it was delivered yesterday morning. We were told in the presentation video that the car doesn’t have any “major scratches or dents”… well, it has a couple dents, a couple stains, and more scratches than my 11year old dusted and crusted 1series!! Let’s not even mention the tyres- which the car failed MOT for (twice!) … it looke like it passed MOT but BMW didn’t bother to put proper tyres on. £54.5k later, the rear camera is also unclear - looks like there’s steam on the inside or something.
