I got sold a dream by Pat the salesman, which turned into a nightmare. If you ever hear him say I don't work on lies run as fast as you can in the opposite direction as the only thing that comes out of his mouth is lies. Where do i start... i drive 2hrs to see a van im told on the phone that only had one scrach on it, i get there too find it covered in bumps and scratches. I got told they would have a van looking brand new at company owned bodywork and delivered to me in less than 2 weeks with a service, mot and full valet. 5 weeks later they an asin guy turned up at my door with the van thar had apparently been in the bodyshop for 5 week and every other day I was told it will be ready tomorrow. I was told by Pat that it was his boss that was driving the van to me but the guy that turned up said it was his cousin that's the boss and he was just helping him out it all seemed a buy sketchy but a quick look round the van found that the scratched dented trim hadn't been replaced i spoke to pat who said he would send it to me no problem I paid the final sum of money and took the van too my local garage to be checked over to find that there was a different size tyres on the front and back and 1 of then was bold there was a caliper that was stuck on and the air-conditioning wasn't working. The garage said the mot that it had just had sould of picked up on the tyres and the brake but there wasn't even an advisory on there. I contacted Pat who said his favourite saying 'I'll speak to my boss" which I got from him for 3 week also with him telling me the trim was in the post but no trim arrived and he just started to ignore my messages and calls. I've had to pay out of my own pocket for everything its cost me thousands. I'm sorry its a long review but I just hope that this information will save anyone else making the same mistake I did.
