Masters of denial / useless.
Terrible service, denied problem with car was a defect and passed it on 'wear and tear' (Rear brake discs rusted/corroded at 16,000 miles) on a 3 year old car, when the rest of the car was immaculate and had followed full SEAT service history. Was told 'Good luck' when mentioning I would call SEAT UK to claim back money - my partner also mentioned the gentleman laughed when she told him I had been hung up on twice trying to get through to SEAT UK. Further complaint emails to Marshall SEAT were made, and an embarrassingly bad denial from their 'after sales manager' once again refusing to acknowledge any blame - for the record, this was under £170 - so not like trying to claim thousands off them - and it was a clear SEAT manufacturing fault too. They are a joke of a dealership, and wouldn't buy anything from them, will also be sure to recommend everyone I know doesn't use them either. Pathetic. Reviews will be left in all places that are applicable.
