COURTEOUS, HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY.

I recently purchased on line, from Good Value Cars, a Volvo V70 in absolutely splendid condition and looking exactly as advertised. I came up from West Cornwall to Dorset and drove it home. Unfortunately the machine went into 'limp' mode for the first time whilst travelling up a long slow hill. I got it home and started investigations. I dealt with Scott who was helpful and courteous throughout the whole process, which ended successfully today. The car was transferred to a specialist diesel firm. They identified the problem and effected repairs. I went to collect the car and discovered that Scott had already paid the bill and I drove this beautiful Volvo home with no further problems. I cannot speak too highly of the honourable way in which Scott conducted himself, or of the kindness and help he showed to me, a new customer and I would highly recommend both Scott, his colleague and Good Value Cars.
