Very bad customer service

I called to speak with a sales representative in this branch and got asked who am I, what’s my name I told her my name 3 times she said she cannot hear it’s a very bad line, so I asked can you transfer me to the sales representative please, she said if I can’t hear who you are then bye what kind of a rubbish is this am buying a car not a man or a woman customer service is very alarming they need to acknowledge that without us buying their cars they don’t get paid simply treat people professional, the first time I visit this branch the girl was talking to colleagues doing something different with them no acknowledgement at all that we are standing there waiting people don’t buy no cars from rude people no respect, I called on August 31 after 3pm asked the person who was on shift that evening she really needed a lot more training
