Worst staff possible, I travelled 375 miles to pick up a car which staff claimed they would 'keep' for me only to get there to be told that it was sold, they then claimed that they had left a vm on my phone which was a blatant lie, I was then offered only £100 compensation which they told me was to pay for my £140 fuel bill, £5 toll bill and for me to get up at 3 in the morning and spend 13 hours driving, absolutely livid with their shoddy treatment and will do everything I can to deter would be buyers
